Our Adult Carers service supports unpaid Carers aged 18 and over.

We provide a range of free services including:

Advice & Information

Our team can advise you on a wide range of issues relating to caring. We can also link you with other specialist support agencies.

Adult Carer Support Plans

A Carer Support Plan looks at your caring role, how it impacts on your well-being, and what measures need to be put in place to support you.

Benefit Checks

Our Carer Support Officers can help to ensure that you are receiving all the financial support that you are entitled to.

Training

Stirling Carers Centre provides free training and information sessions to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge to help identify and support unpaid Carers.

Practical & Emotional Support

Sometimes you just need to talk things through, and our team is here to listen and give you the support you need when things get tough.

Young Adult Carers Support (18-25 years)

Are there children or young people involved in caring? here you can find all information on how we can support them

What Can We Offer?

If you think you might be a Carer, you can complete a short online form to register with us. One of our team will give you a call back to get some more information from you. They will also to offer you an appointment with one of our Carer Support Officers to have a chat about what support you might need.

If you are a professional, you can make a referral, with the consent of the Carer, by completing our referral form.
